<p>He works for Fillmore-Graves. They provide double rations of the brain-tubes which helps curb his hunger, and I believe they also offer the the tanning/hair-dye effects as well. This is to better integrate them into society. </p><p>I think this was hinted at last season with Chase Graves regarding the spray-tans and hair, and Major explained about the brain tubes in the first episode of this (the fourth) season. </p>
