Ajax is a minor character who first appeared in the Season 4 episode My Really Fair Lady.

Ajax is the family pet of the Minnis family. After Wendy Minnis got into a fight with Denny Minnis, her ex-husband, Denny took the dog out for a walk. Later, Denny and Ajax wound up on the bus driven by Otto Harrison and were present at the bus accident.
Denny was killed in the accident and Ajax somehow was lost. Wendy asked assistant DA Peyton Charles in help finding the dog because she didn't want to tell her son that both his father and dog were gone. Originally, Peyton asked Liv to eat Denny's brain, but when Ravi warned against it due to the fact Denny Minnis had been a heroin addict, she gave up.
Later, wanting to help Peyton, Ravi took it upon himself to eat Denny's brain. Though going through the pain of drug withdrawal, Ravi is able to get a vision, and tells Peyton where Ajax can be found. Peyton later reunites Wendy Minnis and her son with Ajax, scoring at least a small victory from the tragedy.
