Synopsis

IZOMBIE’S PENULTIMATE EPISODE WRITTEN BY DIANE RUGGIERO-WRIGT — Liv (Rose McIver) makes a devastating discovery.

Plot

While the government debates on finally nuking Seattle, the head of the committee sees her grandson watching the Hi, Zombie show Peyton funded and realizes zombies are still people with just odd needs; she becomes the deciding vote to get the shipments of brains back to Seattle until zombie island is ready. However, Enzo's Fillmore-Graves loyalists and Dolly's Dead Ender's are making Seattle a living hell for humans and zombies; a war has begun.

Trivia

The building used for the CDC Zone 19 is the same building used in the 2004 TV show The 4400. In that show it was The 4400 Center.
When Clive and Dale are eating dinner, Clive mentions a criminal he arrested named Steve Reinhart. This is a nod to the song that played in the previous scene when Liv & Major start kissing in the graveyard. The song is a cover of "Can't Help Falling In Love" by Haley Reinhart.
