DC Vertigo (formerly Vertigo Comics) is an imprint of DC Comics, created by editor Karen Berger in 1993 to house the company's mature readers comics, including Hellblazer and Swamp Thing. It also publishes a number of creator-owned comic book series, including such notable titles as V for Vendetta, Preacher, Transmetropolitan, The Sandman, Fables, Y: The Last Man and 100 Bullets.
In 2018, it was rebranded as DC Vertigo, but in January 2020, DC Comics shuts down DC Vertigo and the comics that were published under the brand were folded into DC Black Label. In October 2024, DC Comics revived the DC Vertigo imprint after more than four years of dormant.
DC Vertigo (when still Vertigo Comics) published the iZombie that ran from 2010 to 2012 with 28 issues, which it would later made into a live-action TV series that ran from March 17, 2015 to August 1, 2019 on The CW.
