Harley Johns was a conspiracy theorist and anti-zombie extremist, trying to prove the existence of zombies to the world in season 3.
After he got turned into a zombie, he killed himself by rigging explosives to himself and detonating them at Major Lilywhite's farewell party from Fillmore-Graves as he proclaimed that "zombies were an abomination."
