Kelly Hicks is a minor character who first appears in the Season 4 episode Are You Ready for Some Zombies?. She is portrayed by Tracy Waterhouse.
Season 4[]
Kelly Hicks is a line worker at the New Seattle Brain Factory, the same as her husband, Clint. She lives in New Seattle along with her family, and has become aware that her son, Zorn, has become a zombie. Despite seeming to share her husband's dislike for zombies, she chose to support her son over her husband and planned his death.
She stole some brain tubes from the factory and planted them in Doc Greeley's car to throw suspicion off herself and implicate him. Once Freeley went back to the factory to return the tubes, she snuck in and murdered her husband to protect her son.

- It doesn't seem as if she cares about the Seahawks as Zorn and she have boxed up all of her husband's Seahawks memorabilia after his death.
- Kelly seemed to truly regret killing her husband but saw it as the only option to protect her son, lamenting the fact that Clint's behavior seemed to make her choose between her Zorn and him.
