Nellie was a minor character who first appeared in the Season 4 episode My Really Fair Lady. She was played by Rachel Bloom.

Nellie is first seen at a theater talking to the writer of a play she has modified with creative license, adding zombies instead of other disease sufferers. When her main lead has to leave for another job, Nellie performs herself dressed as a male character to a audience of about eight patrons.
Later, Nellie becomes one of several victims killed in an accident on a bus driven by Otto Harrison. With no cases to solve, and needing some nourishment, Liv uses Nellie's brain to feed upon, getting the actress's drive and flair for the dramatic.
