All's Well That Ends Well is the thirteenth and finale episode of Season 5, making it the 71st episode of the series overall as well as the series finale of IZombie. It aired on August 01, 2019.
Synopsis
SERIES FINALE — The human versus zombie war finally comes to a head.
Plot
Clive, Ravi, and Liv fly back to Seattle. Clive arrives just in time at the hospital for the birth of his daughter. Peyton helps the kids to escape Blaine but is hit by bullets. Blaine turns her into a zombie to save her. After eating her first brain, she has a vision and tells Don E. that Blaine killed Darcy. The angry Don E. pushes Blaine into a well. Liv arrives and also pushes him into the well. Ravi starts producing the cure. Major injects himself with a cure syringe on camera and tells Enzo to shoot him anywhere but the head, to prove that the cure works and he is human again. Enzo does and Ravi attacks him, giving him the cure. Now human and vulnerable, Enzo is killed by Graham. It is then revealed that Major is still a zombie since his syringe contained only Max Rager. Ten years later, Clive, Ravi, and Peyton appear on a virtual talk show. Clive and Dale have adopted Michelle's son and live in San Francisco. Ravi leads the CDC, while Peyton is an attorney in Atlanta. After the show ends, Liv and Major appear as well. They are still zombies and live with their children on Zombie Island. Liv and Major offer their pseudo-immortality to their friends so they can be together again.

Trivia
- Liv and Major are declared dead publicly, but secretly run Zombie Island.
- During the Second Gulf War (The Iraq War), Playing Cards with photos of select Iraqi Army Officers were issued to American servicemen, so that they could familiarize themselves with High-Value Targets (HVT).
- When Liv's seatmate thinks she recognizes her, she conducts an Internet search for The Good Place (2016). Liv texts Ravi and Clive that "She thinks I'm Kristen Bell." The in-joke is that Bell is the star of another Rob Thomas series, Veronica Mars (2004) and who had an voice role in Fifty Shades of Grey Matter.
- In the end, Ravi's joke about Blaine spending eternity with Don E. ended up ironicaly becoming reality as both were thrown inside the well with no way to escape and no brains to feed on until they lose all sanity.
